Dr. Shaw grew up in northern Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in 1997 with a B.S. in Biology. He attended IU dental school and graduated top ten in his class with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2002. He worked as an associate dentist for two years before purchasing a private practice in Plymouth IN. in 2005. There, he was able to offer comprehensive treatment to his patients until he sold in 2019. He is a firm believer in keeping up with continuing education to offer the best treatment and techniques available in dentistry. He is one of only 5,500 dentists in the U.S., that is Chao Pinhole gum rejuvenation certified.
Upon moving to Arizona, Dr. Shaw knew he wanted to be part of a team that provided their patients with The most advanced treatment options available to restore their bite and smiles. He has found that compassionate and caring team at Smile Now Dental Implant Center.
In his off time, he and his wife like to hike and explore the outdoors. His interests are playing guitar, golfing, and listening to music. Just recently, he and his wife(Pina) and two dogs Enzo and Rocco have been spending summer weekends taking his RV up north exploring what the high country has to offer, and has not been disappointed.
